This blog post is A Rising Generation’s 52nd post, and this blog is now 1 year old!
Writing 52 blog posts over this past year has not been easy, but I am so happy I did it. I have learned so much from working through the difficult to understand scriptures and struggling through writer’s block.
I could not have done it by myself though. By God’s grace, and with lots of prayer, He has given me the ability to understand His Word and hopefully share it in such a way that other’s can understand and learn from it. I also have family and friends who have been a huge support and help throughout this past year. I am so thankful for all of them.
What to Expect in 2016
As we start the new year, you can expect more series of blog posts studying various passages of scripture from the Old and New Testament. Blog posts will be every other Monday, allowing me more time to study even more for each blog post.
How You Can Get Involved
I am looking for like minded Christians to get involved with this blog, and there are a few ways you can do that.
1. Comment on the blog posts
I want to hear from you! Answer the questions I ask at the end of blog posts, or ask your own questions. If there is something you didn’t understand from the post or would like to know more about, comment on the blog post with your question. I promise I will do my best to answer your question or try to point you in the right direction to find the answer. I may even take your question and write a whole other blog post to answer it!
2. Share the blog posts
If you read a post that you liked or helped you, please share it with your friends and family. Share it with someone you know has a question that the blog post answers. I am so thankful for everyone who has read my blog in the past year, and I hope you will help me in sharing it with even more people this year.
3. Write a Guest Blog Post
Whether you have a Christian blog of your own or don’t blog but have something you’d like to share, send me an email! I would love for my blog to be a group effort of many people writing blog posts. You can write a blog post that covers one verse or multiple verses. You can address a life application point from a Christian perspective, and you can also write about relationships from a Christian perspective. You can write one post or a whole series. If you’d like more information, go to the Write a Guest Blog Post page.
However you decide to get involved, I want to thank you for reading and supporting this blog.
